List the run's input files (HMAC)

Fetched by the agent runtime to enumerate the input files it must provision. Returns the manifest of files the run carries; the agent then fetches each via GET /api/runs/{runId}/files/{workspace_name} and writes it to workspace/files/<workspace_name>. Each entry carries name (the file's human display name) and workspace_name (the unique single-segment filename to write on disk — the platform disambiguates colliding display names, e.g. report.pdf, report-2.pdf, so two files never overwrite each other). Same Standard Webhooks HMAC auth as the workspace route. A 404 means the run carries no input files (the common case), which the runtime treats as an empty file set — not a fault. A 400 duplicate_file_name means the stored manifest is malformed (two identical workspace names).
