Locate a package: its type, its home and the spaces you read it from

Resolve a package by id alone, across EVERY space the caller reaches — not only the one in X-Space-Id, which is what every other package read answers from. A package homed in the caller's personal space and offered nowhere is invisible from each team space's detail route; this is where a client that holds only the id (a CLI pointed at a working folder, for instance) learns the package's type, whether it may author it (home_writable, home_deletable, home_shareable), and which space to send its next request from (read_space_ids). home_space_id follows the same projection as on every package shape: null when the home is not a space the caller reaches, even when an offer makes the package readable. Answers 404 exactly when the package is not reachable: no space where the caller holds the type's read and the placement (home or offer) grants it — a system package is readable wherever that read is held. Read-only.
